1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Keep Sailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Keep Sailing is a personal productivity and accountability app designed to help you track goals, habits, chores, and daily scores. The service is provided on a free and paid subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Keep Sailing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful content, violating applicable laws, or interfering with other users' access to the service.
5. Intellectual Property
Keep Sailing and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personal data and content you create within the app remains yours.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time through the settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Keep Sailing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
